Sport, a passion to pass on
After many years of skiing in competition, I decided to pass my ski instructor diploma in 2011. Following my business studies in 2016, I got involved full time in the sport by obtaining my national personal trainer diploma. The professions of personal trainer and Ski Instructor have allowed me to develop my interpersonal skills through permanent contact with a varied audience. It is thanks to these 10 years of professional experience that I am able to supervise and adapt to any type of client. In order to develop my skills and enrich my knowledge, I continue to train myself daily to offer you the best possible service . I offer personalized or group sports sessions, I set up appropriate and adapted programs to reach your goals.

Quality coaching is the result of a skilful blend of substance and form. If the background allows you to define your goal to be achieved , the form, it allows the adhesion of the coached person and his motivation for change .
